Abstract

A proposal is exposed for the elaboration of the School Strategy in the Primary School Major Dangereux from Huambo, Angola, and it puts on as example of viability for its implementation the realization of the strategic diagnosis. Of the interrelation of the elements of the main FODA, weaknesses - threaten, the strategic problems of the group are determined; where the material conditions stand out for the realization of the teaching and educational work in the school and the loss of the students' motivation to carry out registration in the center. Starting from the methodology classic proposal for the strategic planning, a model is elaborated for the elaboration of the School Strategy what would facilitate the realization of the process of strategic planning and her implementation.
