Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the contribution of the University Eloy Alfaro to the solution of social and labor problems, highlighting the performance of professional training, career executive secretary during the pre-professional practice to meet the demands of current educational policies of the Ecuadorian state. It takes as conceptual reference the current Organic Law on Higher Education and the Academic Board Regulation relating to the theoretical and methodological contributions to the organization of this process. Observation forms applied at 65 V semester students who have completed the first level of practice are analyzed. Among the major developments highlight the lack of rules for the organization of this process, the absence of agreements with institutions and inadequacies in the teaching-learning process.
